Guests who stay with us in June will receive a complimentary seasonal picnic packed with local produce. Sourced from Sussex and British artisans, the basket (worth £90) includes a bottle of Amie wine, Sussex cheeses, sourdough, and English strawberries. This offer is available for June bookings made before 15 May 2026. Each treehouse is equipped with a wicker basket and wool blanket for your use.

GUIDED RUN FROM THE FARM SHOP

Join a social guided run that traverses the hidden paths of the estate. This event is designed for those who wish to explore the landscape while meeting fellow runners. The route concludes back at the Farm Shop, where you can enjoy a coffee and a pastry.
SUMMER AFTERNOON TEA
Tuesday 16 June | 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm | The Walled Garden at Cowdray
Experience a quintessential British tradition in one of the most romantic settings on the estate. The Walled Garden provides a floral backdrop for a selection of sandwiches, scones, and delicate cakes. It is a perfect opportunity to enjoy the gardens while they are in full bloom. £35.50 pp
INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY: SIGNATURE SERIES

Celebrate International Yoga Day with a special sunrise session. This event is designed to harness the energy of the summer solstice through a guided practice in the tranquil grounds of the estate. It is a restorative experience that connects you with the nature of the South Downs.
SUMMER SOLSTICE WILD WALK

Mark the longest day of the year with an immersive walk through the estate. Led by an expert guide, you will discover the flora and fauna that thrive during the midsummer. This evening walk offers a unique perspective on the landscape as the sun begins to set.
RUN THE SEASONS: SUMMER RACE
Friday 26 June | 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm | Cowdray Estate
The summer race in our seasonal series takes runners across the iconic polo lawns and through the heart of the estate. Whether you choose the 5km or 10km route, you will be rewarded with spectacular views. The event concludes with a social atmosphere and a celebratory drink.
THE MIDHURST TOWN CUP
Sunday 28 June | Cowdray Park Polo Club
This event is a highlight of the high-goal polo season and is a wonderful day out for the local community. Visitors can enjoy world class sport in a festive environment. It is the perfect occasion to bring a picnic and enjoy the fast-paced action on the pitch.
THREE FRIDAY NIGHTS AT GOODWOOD
Friday 5, 12 and 19 June | Goodwood Racecourse
Located a short distance from the estate, these evenings combine the excitement of horse racing with performances from world-renowned DJs. As the racing concludes, the parade ring transforms into a dance floor for an unforgettable summer party.
