sauna

Our woodland sauna is new for summer 2026. Book your private two hour session, complete with a rental robe, plus a sauna hat and sliders for you to keep.

The sauna can be found between Griffin and Chukka, an easy walk from all the treehouses. There’s a private decking area where you can forest bathe in-between sessions, plus an outdoor shower. The perfect way to feel immersed in nature.

From breakfast hampers to two-course meals, we offer everything you need for a relaxing stay. Our treehouses come with fully equipped kitchens, giving you the perfect excuse to stay in.

Gusbourne Sparkling Wine

Elegant and pure, Blanc de Blancs is Gusbourne’s signature sparkling. A blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grown near the ancient village of Appledore, Kent. It's bright gold with honeyed citrus fruit, peach and sweet spice aromas and preserved lemon, orchard fruit and toasted nuts on the palate.

Is it a side, is it a main course, is it a snack?! No one knows, but we do know it’s awesome! Twirls of Italian pasta in a silky cheese sauce with Somerset cheddar, Red Leicester, mozzarella and a panko breadcrumb topping. You can choose how and when you eat it!
