- 2-3 sessions/month phone coaching sessions, typically for 30-60 minutes each, per our agreement.
- Supplemental coaching through email and quick check-in calls between coaching sessions also available.

So it's the combination of new insights, strategic planning, action taking, and continually being held accountable to your goals that creates the results and lasting changes.
