"direction, aim, or purpose that comes from deep within you... it is the living spirit behind your goals and dreams, a shunt that directs and carries energy into the physical realm."
Life Intentions are never "shoulds". They are not one more way to beat up on yourself. They are who you truly are!
Bottom line-when you make life's big and little decisions based on your Life Intentions you feel fulfilled. Period.
